Wildcat HM2

Manufactured by Leonardo Helicopters, the AW159 Wildcat is operated by both the Royal Navy and the British Army. The Navy use the Wildcat as a multi-role helicopter including anti-ship, anti-submarine, ship protection, casualty evacuation and battlefield reconnaissance; operating from their Frigates and Destroyers. A much improved version of the Lynx in terms of performance, the major visual difference is the completely redesigned tail giving it much more power. An example of the Wildcat, operated by 825 Naval Air Squadron, will be on static display for the Air Show.
