The BAE146 is operated by 32(TR) Squadron to transport high priority personnel. Characteristics such as tactical approach capability, excellent short field performance and a full defensive countermeasures suite, enable the aircraft to be used in the Command Support Air Transport (CSAT) role with the ability to transport cargo to high threat areas around the world. The aircraft can carry many of its own spare parts allowing it to operate away from its home base for long periods at a time, making the BAE146 highly versatile. 32(TR) Squadron will be providing one of their BAE146 aircraft for static display on Sunday 11th June.
